The Alumni Association Development Committee works to establish and strengthen continuous relationships between the college and its former students. The committee maintains updated alumni records, organizes alumni meetings and interaction programmes, encourages alumni participation in college development, and facilitates mentorship, career guidance, placement and networking opportunities for current students. It also coordinates alumni contributions, scholarships, donations, academic support, guest lectures, internships and other developmental activities for the institution. The committee promotes alumni engagement through social media and other communication platforms and maintains proper records and documentation of alumni activities for institutional development and accreditation purposes.

The Cast(e)-Based Discrimination Prevention Cell in a science college plays a crucial role in ensuring equality, dignity, and a discrimination-free academic environment for all students and staff, particularly those belonging to Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), and Other Backward Classes (OBC). Its primary function is to prevent any form of caste-based discrimination, harassment, or exclusion within the campus. The Mental Health (NTF – National Task Force) Committee in a science college works to promote mental well-being, emotional resilience, and a supportive campus environment for students and staff.
